Because our products are often handmade to order, you will find delivery times for each product, on its own product page. These delivery times are given as estimates only, and are often delivered more quickly than anticipated. Our postage fees are £4.95 per order as standard.

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you would like to return your item, we offer a 7 day no quibble guarantee, whereby you may return your item to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact us at as soon as possible, and we will arrange the process for you. Please note that we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred.
